Users will be asked to type in keywords about the problem of pets in the search bar, and according to these keywords, the system will automatically suggest vet with keywords.
24/7 Virtual Assistance: Users will be able to have contact with an available veterinarian/clinic for appointments. (Additional Fees are determined by the clinic with the users knowledge)
Users can monitoring the time spent during calling/video meeting consultation by checking at the timer showing on the middle of the screen (welcome people to claim their preferred time length to the vet/clinic before start a face-to-face consultation to restrict vet/clinic from wasting time and money)
Multiple plan choices for subscription fee for application such a yearly and monthly

Animal owner user will be able to write helpful reviews about consultations.
Objectives
Users can mark on review whether they were provided service in-person, virtually, or both when leaving a review maximum 500 characters for clinics/veterinarians.
After Calls and Chats a “How was our service?” Window appears for users to rate service with up to 5 stars( 1. Not satisfied at all, 2. Not satisfied, 3. Undecided, 4. Satisfied, 5. Very satisfied)
Veterinarians and clinics will be able to share articles and research related to their expertise to the Pawguard Application - Vet User as a way of promoting their business or sharing information with their animal owners.

Ability for veterinarians and animal owners to share and update pet information such as making appointments for consultation and changing time for future appointments
Objectives
Users will be able to see the time and date availability of the calendar from the veterinarian they want to make an appointment with.
All information about the animals owned by the users will be obtained from the users and all veterinarians registered in the system will be able to see this information. (The pet owner's identity, address, phone number and pet's identity information, )
The users are required to fill out a form to assist with building the profile, the Clinics/Veterinarians are required to fill out a form and create a profile as well providing links to the clinic website.
